All our products are handmade with full grain leather from American tanneries. Full grain leather is outermost layer of cowhide that has all the characters and ages beautifully.

Every item is handmade to order based on your choice of leather color, stitch color, and other personalizations. Process starts from cutting leather, then assembling pieces and stitching. Final stage is edge finishing and getting your item out. Every thing from A to Z happens in our Studio in Seattle, WA.

We use quality American raw materials and have artists put the items together by hand, one at a time to ensure the end product can withstand the test of time. Leather and stitching are covered by our 100 year warranty against manufacturing defects. 

 

 


Most leather goods can be personalized free of charge. We can monogram 1-9 letters depending on. the item size. If you want your  name or initials monogrammed on the item, you may leave us a note when checking out and we will get it done for you. 

Note: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, since they cannot be resold. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders shipped to an address within US come with free USPS First Class shipping, which takes 2-5 days depending on your address. You will have faster shipping options for a fee.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked, no restocking fees, no gimmicks. We will cover the return shipping costs in the US.

The only exception to return policy is items that are personalized with your initials, because we cannot resell them.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
